Which devices support eSIM?

Most newer smartphones support eSIM, but compatibility depends on the exact device model, country or region, carrier settings, and whether the device is carrier-locked.

Before purchasing or installing a Superalink eSIM, please make sure that:

1. Your device supports eSIM.
2. Your device is not carrier-locked.
3. Your device supports eSIM activation in your country or region.
4. Your device software is updated to the latest version.

Important:

Some devices may have different eSIM support depending on where they were purchased. For example, some models sold in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, or selected carrier markets may have different eSIM availability even if the same model supports eSIM in other countries.

How to check if your phone supports eSIM

For iPhone:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap About.
4. Look for EID, Available SIM, or Digital SIM.

If you see an EID number or Digital SIM information, your iPhone usually supports eSIM.

For Android:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Network & Internet, Connections, SIM Manager, or Mobile Network.
3. Look for Add eSIM, Add mobile plan, Download a SIM, or eSIM.

You can also dial *#06#. If your device shows an EID number, it usually supports eSIM.

Carrier-locked devices

Even if your phone supports eSIM, it may not work with Superalink if the device is locked to a specific carrier. Please contact your carrier to confirm that your device is unlocked.

If your device is not listed, it may still support eSIM. Please check your device settings or dial *#06# and look for an EID number.

If your device shows an EID number, it usually supports eSIM. However, the device must also be unlocked and must not have carrier restrictions.
