After installing your eSIM, if you see a "No Internet Connection" message, please follow these steps:

Ensure Data Roaming is turned ON: Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Data Roaming and make sure it's enabled.
Restart your device: This helps refresh the eSIM configuration and reconnect to the correct network.
Set the eSIM as your main data line: On iPhone:
Settings > Cellular > Mobile Data → Select the eSIM.
On Android:
Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs → Set the eSIM as the default for data.
Check the APN (Access Point Name): Go to Settings > Mobile Network > Access Point Names
→ Ensure the APN is set to: cmlink (both name and APN).

It is recommended to install the eSIM a day before your trip. You need an internet connection such as mobile data or Wi-Fi to install the eSIM. To install via QR code, you need to use another screen like another phone or a computer.

How to install an eSIM on a Huawei device

Go to Settings > Mobile Network.
Tap SIM Management and select SIM 2.
Tap eSIM and then tap Add eSIM.
Tap Register QR Code and scan with the camera or register with a manual code.
Once the eSIM verification is complete, tap Add eSIM.

Steps for choosing eSIM for mobile data

Go to Settings > Mobile Network.
Select SIM Management.
Select SIM 2 for mobile data.
Activate mobile data. (For Huawei P40, go to Settings > Mobile Network > Mobile Data to activate mobile data.)

Steps for enabling data roaming on Huawei

Go to Settings > Mobile Network.
Activate mobile data.
Activate roaming for SIM 2 (eSIM).

While it's possible to activate it in your home country, we recommend doing so before you depart to avoid poor signal issues during travel. Don’t worry — your data plan will not be deducted until the eSIM connects to the destination network.

To manually install your eSIM, you’ll need two things: the SM-DP+ address and your activation code (LPA:1$ code).
Follow these steps:

Go to Settings on your phone.

Choose Enter details manually (or similar wording, depending on your device).
Enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code provided in your SuperaLink account.

What happens after I use up my daily data quota on an unlimited plan?

Once you reach your daily data limit on an unlimited plan, your internet speed will be reduced for the remainder of the day under our Fair Usage Policy (FUP). You will still have access to the internet without any additional charges, but the browsing experience may be slower. The full speed data quota will automatically reset at the next day with the same time when the eSIM is activated..
