Internet require to set up an eSIM. Ensure that your device is connected to a secure WiFi network during activation.

Activation Time

We recommend you activate the eSIM a few hours before your trip and turn on the data roaming once you arrived at the destination.

Voucher Usage

Voucher can only be used once either by scanning the QR code or entering it manually. Do not remove the eSIM from your device as it cannot be reused.

1. Open email

Open the email you used for purchased, find the eSIM voucher from Superalink, and select express activation for iOS.

2. Add eSIM

Tap and hold the QR code to open the shortcut pop-up for adding an eSIM.

3. Device confirmation

Click on “Activate” to proceed with activating the eSIM.

4. Connecting to carrier

Please wait a few minutes to connect your eSIM to the local carrier.

5. Activate eSIM

Click on “Continue” to start activating your eSIM.

6. Select plan to use

Select the “Abroad” option to use the eSIM for international travel.

7. Plan type

Select the “Data Only” option. Then click on continue.

8. Setup complete

Your eSIM is now ready to use. Go to the Cellular menu to switch to the eSIM network.

9. Turn ON eSIM network

Select the eSIM installed on your device below your primary network.

10. Turn on this line

Enable “Turn On This Line” to access the carrier network settings.

11. Turn on data roaming

Turn on data roaming to connect to the local carrier network.

12. Switch cellular data

Select cellular data to switch the device's connection.

13. Switch cellular data

Switch cellular data from “Primary” to “Travel - CMLink” eSIM.

14. Turn off Wi-Fi mode

Don’t forget to turn off Wi-Fi mode to ensure the eSIM works properly.
