Internet Required

Internet require to set up an eSIM. Ensure that your device is connected during activation.

Activation Time

We recommend you activate the eSIM a few hours before your trip and turn on the data roaming once you arrived at the destination.

Voucher Usage

Voucher can only be used once either by scanning the QR code or entering it manually. Do not remove the eSIM from your device as it cannot be reused.

1. Open email

Open the email you used for purchased, find the eSIM voucher from Superalink, and select express activation for Android.

2. Confirmation setup

Click on “Setup” to proceed with the process.

3. Add eSIM

Click on “Add” to connects your phone to the eSIM network.

4. Edit SIMs

Customize the names or icons for your eSIM so it’s easier to distinguish them.

5. SIM for calls

Select your preferred SIM for calls. In this case, you may use your primary SIM.

6. SIM for messages

Select your preferred SIM for messages. In this case, you may use your primary SIM as well.

7. SIM for mobile data

Select your eSIM “Superalink” as the primary mobile data connection to access the internet.

8. Setup complete

Your eSIM is now ready to use. Go to the “Connections” menu to switch to the eSIM network.

9. Turn ON eSIM network

Go to “Mobile Networks” to enable Data Roaming on your eSIM.

10. Turn on data roaming

Turn on data roaming to connect to the local carrier network.

11. Restart network

Restart the network by toggling Wi-Fi off, enabling airplane mode briefly, then turning it off and enabling cellular data.
