What is Supera Care and what does it cover?
Supera Care is a premium, 100% FREE travel protection service. It is designed to compensate travelers for financial losses caused by eSIM communication failures. Protection is automatically active for all plans marked with the Blue Badge.
1. Technical Incidents Covered:
- Activation Failure: Verified network errors that prevent the eSIM from downloading or attaching to a local network upon arrival.
- Service Outage: Total loss of connectivity after successful activation due to confirmed carrier-side issues.
- Device Software Malfunction: Software errors triggered by network failures that prevent normal connectivity settings from functioning.
2. Detailed List of Reimbursable Expenses (Receipts Mandatory):
- Alternative Connectivity: Costs for repurchasing a replacement eSIM from another provider, local SIM cards, international roaming charges from your home carrier, or portable Wi-Fi rentals.
- Transportation & Logistics: Emergency taxi, bus, or train fares incurred specifically to resolve connection issues (e.g., traveling to a Wi-Fi zone or service center).
- Accommodation: Additional hotel fees or penalties if your check-in or check-out process was objectively hindered by a lack of internet access.
- Leisure & Entertainment: Non-refundable cancellation penalties or repurchase fees for tours, attractions, and event tickets, provided they were booked before the communication failure occurred.
