eSIM cannot be added

This eSIM issue frequently arises on Android devices when the eSIM is already set up, when Airplane Mode is activated, when there’s no stable Wi-Fi connection, or when attempting to reinstall a previously deleted eSIM.
Let’s see these checklist to identify the eSIM was already installed or not:

Ensure you can see the second network on top screen of your device that mean eSIM was installed (1).

Open general settings and choose “About”, then you can see the ICCID was appeared or not in physical SIM section (2).

💡 How to solve:

Check if there are any software need to update and install the latest version.

Maintain a stable and strong signal Wi-Fi connection.

Try to restart your device to fix any hidden misconfiguration automatically.

Try to turn OFF the mobile data for a couple minutes and then back to turn it ON.
Unable to continue cellular configuration or activate eSIM

If you see a message stating 'Unable to Continue Cellular Configuration' or 'Unable to Activate eSIM' on your device during the eSIM installation, it might be due to a weak network signal.
