[For Android] Connection Getting Slow on My eSIM
Slow internet can be caused by network congestion, signal issues, or device problems. If your eSIM allows it, try switching to another network for potentially better service. Check out these simple ways to fix your slow internet speed on your eSIM:
Switch network mode
Check the supported network type on your device (2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G). Then try switching the “network selection” or “voice & data” from default to other options either down or higher. Then, wait for several minutes and select back to the network you preferred.
2. Change the network selection or operators
The network selection may selected automatically to the best connection. Turn off automatically mode, and you will see the list of providers that covered your eSIM. You can try to choose one of them until you get better connection.
Restart your device
If you see a message stating 'Unable to Continue Cellular Configuration' or 'Unable to Activate eSIM' on your device during the eSIM installation, it might be due to a weak network signal.
4. Reset network settings
If you have completed the three methods above, please try this one. By resetting the network settings by access the “cellular data”, you will delete the data cache of your network on your device. This means that the information that saved on your phone about the network (e.g. WiFi, hotspot) will be deleted permanently.

If the checklist above doesn’t make any changes, please contact our customer support.
