# [Android] QR Code Tidak Berfungsi Pada Voucher

Masalah ini boleh berlaku kerana:
* eSIM sudah dipasang
* Airplane Mode aktif
* Wi-Fi tidak stabil
* Cuba pasang semula eSIM yang telah dipadam
Cara semak:
* Pastikan ada rangkaian kedua di bahagian atas skrin telefon.
* Semak ICCID di **Settings → About Phone**.
Cara penyelesaian:
* Kemas kini software telefon.
* Gunakan Wi-Fi yang stabil.
* Restart telefon.
* Tutup data seluler beberapa minit dan hidupkan semula.
Jika muncul:
**“Unable to Continue Cellular Configuration”** atau **“Unable to Activate eSIM”**
Pastikan sambungan internet stabil dan cuba pemasangan manual.
Jika muncul:
**“eSIM not supported”**
Kemungkinan telefon dikunci oleh operator tertentu. Sila semak status telefon atau hubungi customer support.
