# Apa yang harus dilakukan saat melihat pesan "Activation Failed" ?

Jika eSIM Anda muncul pesan **“Activation Failed”**, coba langkah berikut:
**Pastikan koneksi internet stabil:**
* Gunakan WiFi atau koneksi internet lain untuk mengunduh profil eSIM.
**Restart HP Anda:**
* Terkadang restart perangkat dapat memperbaiki masalah sementara saat proses pengaturan.
**Coba instal ulang:**
* Gunakan QR code asli atau masukkan secara manual **SM-DP+ address dan activation code (LPA code)** yang tersedia di voucher Anda.
**Jika QR code sudah tidak terlihat:**
* Login ke akun Superalink Anda → masuk ke **My Voucher** → pilih **See Voucher**.
**Jangan mencoba instal eSIM saat sedang melakukan aktivitas panggilan apa pun**
(contoh: WhatsApp call, telepon biasa, FaceTime).
