# The Travel Authentication won’t accept my passport photo. What can I do

Make sure the passport is:

* Placed flat on a surface with even lighting
    
* Taken using the main camera (not selfie camera)
    
* Free of blur, shadow, or glare
    If it still fails, try another device or browser.
