# Failed Issuing QR Code

Failed issuing QR code

The issue of the QR code failing to be issued can be caused by several things including the product does not have a QR code or the system fails to issue a QR code. Basically, the QR code is issued after the installation process on the voucher, usually takes 2-3 minutes.
